We're excited to feature a recently completed project at 4 Cae Parc, Llandew, where we undertook a significant transformation to maximize living space.

Our team successfully created a new dormer and loft conversion, adding valuable functional area to the home. This comprehensive project included the installation of a completely new roof, with the integration of new steelwork for both the roof and floor to ensure structural integrity and support the expanded layout. All timber framing for the conversion was meticulously crafted on site, demonstrating our bespoke approach to construction.

The exterior of the new dormer is finished with modern Cedral cladding, providing a stylish and weather-resistant facade, complemented by a durable EPDM flat roof. The entire new space was fully insulated for year-round comfort and energy efficiency. Internally, we expertly altered an existing bedroom to create a new, seamlessly integrated stairway accessing the loft, and installed new doors throughout the entire house to unify the updated aesthetic.
