We are thrilled to share the latest progress on our luxury holiday chalet at the beautiful Caeronen Farm. The project is moving forward at a great pace, and the structure is now really taking shape against the stunning backdrop of the Welsh countryside. 

Strong Foundations and Structural Integrity

As you can see from the photos, the steel frame is now fully erected, showcasing the robust and modern design of the chalet. This steel structure provides a durable, long-lasting foundation that is built to the highest standards. The floor joists are in place, creating the skeleton of the living space and defining the layout of the rooms.

Building a Warm, Comfortable Retreat

Our team has been working on the ground floor, installing high-quality insulation between the joists. This is a critical step in ensuring the chalet is exceptionally energy-efficient and provides a warm, cozy escape for future guests, no matter the season. The first sections of the walls, constructed with structural insulated panels (SIPS), have also been installed, further highlighting our commitment to a high-performance and well-insulated build.

What's Next?

Over the coming weeks, we will be focusing on making the chalet completely weather-tight. We will be adding the rest of the exterior walls, fitting the roof, and installing the windows and doors. This will allow us to move on to the internal first-fix stages, including plumbing and electrical work.
